Dad taught - Three Keys to Meditation

Meditation is not mysterious or complicated. It is the same as other forms of meditation. Just remember the following three sentences so that you can easily get started. From the beginning to the advanced level, from the novice to the master, these three sentences are all:
1. Empty your mind
2. Relax your body
3. Focus your attention.

These three simple sentences, if practiced consistently, will be enough to help you open the door to spirituality.
To empty your mind means not to think about anything in your brain, to empty it completely. Don't have any distracting thoughts or false ideas. When thoughts come, ignore them. Over time, you will become clear.
To relax your body means don't be tense or even stiff. Relax your brain, neck, shoulders, abdomen, and your whole body. Relax infinitely.
Concentration means that when meditating, your attention can be focused on the dantian, or on a Buddhist name, an object you like to visualize, and so on. Focus on the scriptures during morning and evening classes and focus on what you are doing when doing things.
Of course, we should also pay attention to actively cultivating blessings and accompanying others to gain blessings and be selfless and altruistic. This will fundamentally help our meditation. This principle has been repeatedly explained by our master.
May these three tips help you until success.
