At the "Peace of Mind lecture" at the American Zen Culture Center, two of our doctors in the fields of rehabilitation medicine and psychology shared their experiences of practicing and understanding different sects of Zen for many years. The two famous young scholars in the "Peace of Mind" class are using the concepts of Zen psychology to explain that if modern people want to maintain a healthy and happy life, they must focus on mindfulness practice, otherwise you will live a very tiring life. This is because there is an inductive relationship between the human heart and the yin and yang qi, and mindfulness practice can change the state of qi. When you are unlucky, you might as well say more good things and think more good things, and things will naturally go smoothly. It means that if we change our mind and think more about positive results, we can reverse this bad luck. All the problems in life are because your thoughts are wrong.
